FRL 3671 - Corporate Finance Theory (3) Introduction to a theoretical framework for corporate finance problems and issues. Gain knowledge and acquire skills necessary to make informed decisions for corporate investment and financing activities. Topics include capital budgeting, CAPM, cost of capital, capital structure, valuation, dividend policy, mergers and acquisitions, leasing, and financial options.
